Thank you for your loyalty to Delcampe when it comes to your purchases of collectibles. As of this morning, the Delcampe fee system has changed, as we informed you a few weeks ago.

These positive changes have been made to allow the Delcampe site to comply with the new legal obligations, and to continue its business offering a high quality service to collectors and professional sellers around the world!

What are the main changes?

  •  Platform fees are now deducted from the purchase price at the time of payment by the buyer. This means that on the item presentation page, you’ll see the total price of the item, including commission, and no hidden surprises. This formula will be more transparent for everyone concerned. Thanks to the Delcampe system (PayPal or Mangopay), payment is automatically split between the seller and Delcampe.
  • As you are probably aware, our income comes from these payments. It is therefore essential that you make your payments to sellers either through PayPal or Mangopay. If you do not, your transaction does no longer go through Delcampe, depriving us of our means of existence and of your protection in the event an issue with the seller.

  • The PayPal system is upgraded to offer your buyers, as the case may be*, new payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay or 4x interest-free payment.
  • Only shipping fees can be charged to you by sellers. We took the decision to eliminate unnecessary handling fees. In fact, buyers have complained regularly about opaque and at times even abusive management or processing fees. To improve price transparency, it is no longer possible for sellers to charge any additional fees, apart from reasonable shipping costs of course, as stated in the sales conditions.

What do you have to do?

The change is automatic. You don’t have to do anything, the Delcampe system has been adapted.
