A dedicated email address for your shipments
To make it easier for you to arrange shipments with certain couriers, Delcampe automatically generates a unique email address for each member. This address can be used when the courier requires an email address to organise delivery, send tracking information, arrange for a parcel to be collected, or complete certain customs formalities.

Direct bank transfers per transaction
Since 29 June, and as previously announced, bank transfers are now used solely to pay for a transaction directly. It is therefore no longer possible to top up your Delcampe balance via bank transfer and then use that balance to pay for your purchases.
