Young philatelists and artists!

As part of the Stamp Festival, the International Postal Philatelic Club (more commonly known as the Postal Club) organized the "I Draw a Stamp" competition for its young members, with the theme "jugglers and acrobats." The Postal Club's young members include 15 Polish students (aged 9 to 11) from a Warsaw elementary school.
