Deliveries to the United States are very complicated at the moment.
Due to a major change in US customs regulations, many postal operators have temporarily suspended or restricted shipments of goods to the United States.

The new regulations
Since 29 August 2025, the United States has been applying customs duties from the first dollar on all parcels containing goods, thereby removing the previous exemption up to USD 800. These taxes must be paid in advance by the sender, which represents a significant change in the shipping process.
However, the US authorities have not yet provided the technical details for collecting these taxes, which is preventing European postal operators from adapting in time. As a result, several postal services have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States.
Recommendations for sellers
- Inform your US buyers of these disruptions before shipping.
- Check with your postal operator to see if shipping is possible and if additional fees may apply.
- You can temporarily restrict your sales to the United States via your Delcampe shop settings. This allows you to avoid transactions that you would not be able to fulfil within the usual time frame.
