How does my new store subscription work?
From 12 August 2024, you will allocated a subscription based on the size of your store. It's completely free for one month! What do you have to do before the month ends? That’s what this article is all about!
Which subscriptions are available?
Delcampe has always been an open website and we want everyone to be able to use our services. That’s why you can list up to 1,000 items for sale simultaneously – and it’s completely free!
For stores with more than 1,000 items, there are 4 price packages:
Depending on your current store size, one of these subscriptions has been allocated to you free of charge. In a month’s time, if your store still holds over 1,000 items, you will have two choices:
- Select the subscription that’s right for you on the subscriptions page.
- Reduce the size of your store to 1,000 items.
How do I change my subscription from 12 August 2024?
You must first select a payment method before you can change your subscription.
To pay for your subscription, you have two choices: PayPal or Mangopay. If you link a card to one of these payment methods, the money will be deducted from it automatically every month, so you won’t have to do anything after that. If no card is linked, you will need to remember to top up your account regularly so that your subscription can be paid.
If you wish to upgrade your subscription, simply go to the subscriptions page. Click “modify”, choose the appropriate subscription and pay for it. If you change your subscription, the proportional amount of your previous subscription will be refunded and your new subscription will take effect immediately.
If you wish to downgrade your subscription, go to the subscriptions page on the Delcampe website and click “modify”. Select the subscription you wish to take out. Your current subscription will remain valid until the next due date. After that, the new rate you selected will be the one charged.
How do I reduce the size of my store from 12 August 2024?
There are a number of options available. If you do nothing, the oldest sales without bids, regardless of price or category, will be deleted. Only 1,000 items will remain in your store.
But you can also manage your stock yourself! To do this, Delcampe provides you with free multiple changes related to item closing and starting from 12 August to 12 September 2024.
As of 12 August 20254, these multiple changes will enable you to close thousands of sales at once. You can do this either by selecting categories, or by closing sales where the price falls below a certain amount. This is a new feature we’re offering to make it easier for you to list your items for sale! This way, you can manage your stock efficiently and keep the items most likely to be sold.
Please note: remember to let Delcampe know if you want to keep, upgrade or downgrade your subscription, by selecting the desired subscription on the subscriptions page before 12 September 2024. If you do not, the size of your store will automatically be reduced to 1000 items! If you have any further questions, please get in touch with our Customer Service department
Hi there, I only have about 40 items for sale, mostly Mongolian stamps. I will probably never have more than 50 items for sale. So, I don’t have to make any changes. One comment I would like to make. Please make paying VAT compulsory if a buyer from the EU buys items from me. You can then pass that VAT to the EU tax authorities. On eBay VAT is always charged sale to the EU. Regards

So I can only list 1000 free does this mean if I add more than 1000 ie new items I must pay ?
I assume also that I must delete items to bring my shop to bring under before 12 th August ? Or get charged ?

Your shop can sell up to 1,000 items simultaneously to remain free. The site will tell you the limit if you reach it and invite you to take out a new subscription. Up to 10,000 items, the cost is €4.95/month.
You will not be charged if you do not delete the items. Your shop will be reduced to the last 1,000 items on sale, unless you have items with offers.
From 12 August, in order to facilitate your stock management, you will be able to use multiple modifications free of charge. We encourage you to make your subscription choice before 12/09. If you have not made a choice, we will be obliged to limit your shop to 1,000 items.

Hello!
I have Gold Plus and 10000 items in my shop.
1. Does it mean that I will pay €4.95 for Standard shop plus €4.95 for Store Plus? If so, which services are included in Standard shop and which are in Store Plus?
2. Let’s assume I sell 50 items. Can I add 50 more listing to keep number of listing 10000?
3. What would be the Judgement day? I mean when the payment will be taken and what date or day of a month will be zero-date for counting of number of listings?

1. Yes, you have to pay the two abonnements. Standard shop allow you to offer 10 000 items to sell. The Store Plus gives you the advantages of the Club+ Gold with an improvement of the Multiple Changes and without the API.
