Introduction of a commemorative cancellation service to mark the 150th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union

The 150th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) is being celebrated throughout the international postal sector and many postal administrations have chosen to mark this special occasion by means of dedi-cated commemorative stamp issues.
With the aim of supporting your respective ecosystems, the UPU International Bureau has decided to put into place a dedicated commemorative cancellation service, which will be provided to the general public free of charge. Please note that the special anniversary postmark will only be available in French, the official language of the UPU.

Bulky items should be accompanied by a duly completed CN 22 form marked “no commercial value” to avoid any customs problems.
