From 15/10/2026, fees for payments made via Mangopay will now be borne by sellers.
Until now, Delcampe has covered these costs. However, due to their steady increase and the costs associated with combating fraud, we are no longer able to sustain this model in the long term. This change is necessary to ensure we can continue to offer you a reliable, secure and efficient platform.
However, we have made sure to set these fees as low as possible, namely [€0.15 + 1.6%] incl. VAT per transaction (not per item). VAT-registered professional sellers may deduct VAT from this amount. Apart from that, the way Mangopay works remains unchanged.
We would like to remind you that you can also offer PayPal as a payment option to your buyers. We recommend that you enable this option to provide greater flexibility and choice at checkout.
