From 1 July 2026, for all purchases of up to £135 made by UK private individuals from professional sellers based outside the UK, we have decided to replace the 5% administrative fee with a flat-rate charge of £22.50 per shipment. The other rules related to import VAT collection by Delcampe remain unchanged.
