Since 29 June, and as previously announced, bank transfers are now used solely to pay for a transaction directly. It is therefore no longer possible to top up your Delcampe balance via bank transfer and then use that balance to pay for your purchases.

Each bank transfer to Delcampe must correspond to a specific transaction and include the relevant reference.

Any unsuccessful transfer (missing reference or incorrect amount) will be rejected and refunded to your bank account (the timeframe depends on your bank).

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, select the ‘Bank transfer’ option in the payment request.

You must provide:


• the exact amount shown in the transaction;
• the 5-digit reference number shown in the payment instructions.

These two details enable us to link your transfer to the correct payment request. The amount is credited directly to your seller’s balance.

If the amount or reference (code) is missing or incorrect, the transfer cannot be linked to the transaction and will be rejected. It will be refunded to you. You will need to repeat the transfer, ensuring you use the correct amount and reference. It is therefore very important to take care with this.
